Our Group Manager Mr. Michael Keane (Australian) and Ms. Lisette A. Mendoza (Filipino) are individuals with numerous business interests in the trade of consumer products. Their combined expertise in the field of sales, customer service and market research has given the company a new mission and drive. Their keen sense of market demands keep the company steps ahead in operational planning and sales strategy. Their maverick approach to sales give the company a total “customer first” orientation. The tie-up with their Australian colleagues enables LFBC to draw upon the expertise on marketing consumer goods and manufacturing technologies that their partners have developed over the last 30 years.
LFBC envisioned itself to be a
new kind of consumer goods Company, one that can reach the most number
of people down line. Its current organization is composed of four
major groups. The Plant Group handles plastic manufacturing of PET
packaging and bottling operations of the company. The Sales and Marketing
Group is divided into two divisions: Key accounts and On-Premise handle
all the supermarkets and convenience stores, hotels and restaurant
and is supported by a merchandising team; an Ex-truck account is an
in house down line distribution operations handling over 30 routes.
The Accounting group handles all finance activities for effective
revenue and cost analysis. The Logistics Group handles activities
involving warehousing, plant expansion and delivery/dispatch that
ensures high quality service, for internal company needs for customer
satisfaction.
